Our Policies

RENTAL PERIOD


All rentals prices are for a 24 hour period.


Throwing a weekend event at the cottage? -Inquire about adding additional time at a discounted rate.


RESERVATIONS


When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost and it's applicable HST are required to secure your date. The FULL balance is due 7-days before the event.


Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.


Reservations Deposits are non-refundable


DAMAGE DEPOSIT


Small bumps and marks are just fine. Most of our items are rather indestructible or repairable - however, in case of misuse or abuse to our rentals we must charge a refundable damage deposit. This will be a small hold on your credit card at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the items, once a thorough inspection has been completed.

DELIVERY & PICK UP


Delivery charges are based on location and the items you choose to rent.


Pick up is at our storage location. We will work with you to agree upon a mutually convenient time to arrange pick-up.

Please note, if you have to cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable
